Our Story
In 2015, a dream took flight, rooted in experience and fuelled by hope. After immigrating to Canada with a strong foundation in HR and talent acquisition, our founder began the next chapter in a new country, bringing global insights, unwavering determination, and a deep belief in the power of people.
Years of industry experience followed, growing through roles as a recruiter and talent partner, learning what makes hiring meaningful, and building relationships grounded in trust and purpose.
Then in 2020, during a time of global uncertainty, RecRoot served its very first client. While the world slowed down, something powerful came to life. Amid crisis, there was clarity: hiring is not just about filling roles, it is about serving communities, supporting businesses, and creating the right connections that carry people forward.
