Pultruded Gratings

Pultruded grating consists of parallel bearing bars (T- or I-shaped) held by cross-rods, with closer spacing between bars increasing its strength. It supports heavier loads and longer spans than molded grating due to its unidirectional strength, continuous glass rovings for tension, compression, and bending resistance, and enhanced transverse strength from the glass mat. This makes it ideal for demanding applications.

Moulded Gratings

Moulded grating typically features a square or rectangular mesh pattern and is cast as a single piece, providing excellent bi-directional strength and high load capacity. It can have a meniscus or quartz grit slip-resistant surface for safety, and a covered surface option is available to prevent falling objects and create an odor barrier.
